Make sure you have the following extensions installed.
Automaketemplate - Template Auto-parser
rlmp_tmplselector - Page Template Selector

• unzip the attachment and upload the contents of /fileadmin/ into your fileadmin folder in typo3.
• Import the *.t3d file on a page in typo3.
