Enomalism 2.0 uses an approach to application development and deployment called Elastic Computing also known as Cloud Computing. This approach enables hardware, bandwidth and storage usage in a flexible way via API. Clouds of regional computing capacity can be scaled on the fly without affecting other applications deployed on the grid. Virtual machines can be automatically scaled using both local and remote capacity providers such as the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud.
